MANAGED A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF THE GALLERY SHOP.  IDENTIFIED 5 KEY PRODUCT AREAS TO FOCUS ON: JEWELLERY, CERAMICS, PRINTS, TEXTILES AND CARDS/ STATIONERY.  IMPLEMENTED ONLINE MARKETING STRATEGIES:  EMAIL, FACEBOOK AND TWITTER UPDATES.



SOURCED NEW PRODUCTS & SUPPLIERS, WORKED WITH ARTISANS TO DEVELOP NEW PRODUCTS, DEVELOPED THE LAYOUT AND SEASONAL MERCHANDISING OF THE SHOP.
